The certified organic olives for this olive oil were picked from 175 trees on our Bella Collina vineyard (home to 20 acres of Petite Sirah and Zinfandel) in Mendocino County. They were pressed the same day that they were picked at or certified organic bottling partner, Terra Savia in Hopland, California. This exquisite oil was made from blending Leccino, Frantoio and Arbequina olives that grow on trees at 2,000 feet above the Ukiah valley floor. Complex, nutty flavors, with some floral and grassy nuances. Certified organic by California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF).
