We always do our best to ensure orders are fulfilled in 1-2 business days. However, we prefer not to have orders sitting in a FedX warehouse over the weekend (for optimal climate control), so will often wait to ship orders that come in on a Thursday or Friday until the following Monday (or business day, in the case of a holiday weekend).
All wine orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older. Verification of age is required at the time of delivery. We recommend use of a business address to facilitate delivery of your purchase if possible as FedX is not able to leave wine at a residence without an adult signature. Wine will not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person.
Weather-related shipping concerns:
We encourage our customers to only ship wine during more moderate seasons, as both overly hot and cold temperatures can potentially damage the quality of your wine. Of course, you may choose to ship at any time, but we are not responsible for any damages that may occur due to extreme weather or general shipping delays. Tracking your wine through the shipping pipeline:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing all necessary tracking information and are responsible for tracking and monitoring your shipment. FedX will make 3 consecutive delivery attempts. If your shipment is returned, the original shipping fees are non-refundable, and a re-shipment fee will apply. Any packages that are refused or unable to be delivered will be returned to us at your expense.
