This delectable dessert wine is made entirely from our hillside Petite Sirah, grown on our Bella Collina vineyard. We stop the fermentation while there is still residual sugar and add unaged grape brandy on top of the fermenting skins to arrest the fermentation. Aromas of dark chocolate, dried cherries and hints of clove and vanilla. Your palate is enveloped by rich flavors of rich caramel, plum and boysenberry. Aging in small oak barrels for three years adds a silky, smooth mouthfeel and a layered, lush finish.
