Easy Blue Cheese Hors d'Oeuvre
This simple nibble would pair wonderfully with our oaked Barra Reserve Chardonnay.
Set cheeses out to soften at room temperature. Mix equal parts blue cheese and cream cheese together. Roll into bite-sized balls. Then either roll balls in chopped walnuts or simply place a walnut half on top of each ball. Try toasting the nuts first for an added layer of flavor. Martha suggests arranging the balls on a plate to resemble a bunch of grapes and adding a grape leaf at the top for a beautiful presentation.
