2021 Girasole Vineyards Rosé

All of the organically farmed zinfandel and pinot noir grapes for this 2021 rosé were hand picked from our family’s home ranch in Redwood Valley, CA. After destemming, the grapes were immediately transferred to  press where we gently extracted for juice and color.  The wine was then cold settled and clarified for 48 hours and then separated from the lees prior to yeast inoculation. A slow fermentation at 50-55F  promoted the fresh fruit aromas and crisp flavors. The journey from juice to wine lasted 20 days. Cold aged at 32F for 90 days to retain freshness and fruit character.


Light pink in color with aromas of freshly pressed strawberries and a hint of citrus. On the palate, this wine fills your mouth with brilliant flavors of ripe red berries, cherries, and citrus. Delicately fruity and bright, this blend of Zinfandel and Pinot Noir delivers balanced acidity and low alcohol, making it an ideal match for light fare or for sipping all on its own. 51 % Zinfandel / 49 % Pinot Noir  (Vegan Friendly)
