Pinot Noir under thirty dollars is not easy to find, particularly if you are looking for something that is actually worth the search. This wine offers rich texture and spicy black cherry fruit enhanced by damp earth notes. Balanced acidity keeps the fruit coming in a fairly long finish, making this a great value. It got several votes from my tasting group in a set of Pinot Noir examples costing up to seven times more.
