91 POINTS/WINE ENTHUSIAST! Grown on our home ranch in Redwood Valley, this 2016 Chardonnay offers up intriguing aromas of apricot, vanilla, mango and clove. The wine was fermented in French oak barrels to lend warm spice notes and aged on the lees to add rich mouthfeel and lush texture.
This Zinfandel has all the bright brambly boysenberry fruit that this variety is known for. Complex flavors of cedar, nutmeg, and anise abound. This wine is medium bodied with round tannins – an elegant alternative to the those over-the-top jammy Zins. Ten percent Petite Sirah in the blend adds enough extra structure to make this an ideal accompaniment to flavorful foods like duck, ripe cheeses or lamb stew.
Both sweet and tangy, this mustard is great mixed in a vinegar-based salad dressing tossed with a pasta salad.
The hot kick of Jalapenos combined with our spices makes this mustard perfect hearty meats and sandwiches.
