The certified organic olives for this 2017 vintage were picked from our 175 trees on our Bella Collina vineyard on November 17th & 18th, 2017. They were pressed the same days that they were picked at or certified organic bottling partner, Olivino in Hopland, California. We bottled 46 cases of this exquisite oil, made from blending Leccino, Frantoio and Arbequina olives that grow on trees at 2,000 feet above the Ukiah valley floor. Complex, nutty flavors, with some floral and grassy nuances. Certified organic by California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF).
